We need your garbage !

5 litre PET bottles are ideal for making mini greenhouses, in each bottle we can grow 3 bougainvilleas, roses or other shrubs. The warm humid climate in the bottles creates the ideal humidity that promotes root formation and growth. In the same way we can grow new plants using seed. We hope to grow thousands of new plants in this way for residents and visitors to enjoy.

You can help by giving your 5 litre capped bottles to the gardeners instead of throwing them away. Together we can make the gardens of Parque Botanico more diverse and colourful, volunteers who want to help are most welcome.
