Temporary closure of Jacuzzi due to necessary maintenance work

We are reaching out to inform you that we will be closing the Jacuzzi starting tomorrow for necessary maintenance work. The maintenance for the Jacuzzi and its machinery room has been inadequate for years.
For the past few weeks, this facility has been experiencing severe water leaks and poses a safety risk for users as the platforms on which it sits are damaged due to humidity and leaks.
We have consulted with a qualified technician who has instructed our maintenance professionals on how to proceed with repairs and return it to a state where user safety is not affected.
We cannot confirm a reopening date at this time, but maintenance staff will make every effort to resolve this problem as soon as possible. We will send further communication via the same channel as soon as we have more information.
