Jacuzzi sabotaged for the second time: We request residents' cooperation

Residents put soap in the jacuzzi for the second time in a week. We now have to empty the entire jacuzzi again and clean all filters and pumps. Valuable man hours are lost as a result and we have to replace and heat more than 1000 liters of water. This is willful sabotage and we request the cooperation of all residents to find out who is responsible for this so that we can recover the damage from them.
